We are a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company that offers training to public service
sectors such as the
NHS, Fire & Rescue and Police.
These professionals often face high levels of stress, challenging environments and
demanding responsibilities, which can impact their wellbeing and resilience. By
focusing on offering this training at no cost, we help to ensure that
valuable resources are available for other mission-critical needs.
We also support groups, including those from marginalised and minority communities
and others who find it challenging or impossible to access such personal development and
training opportunities.
The key elements of the training offered range from understanding how our mind works,
learning about stress and building resilience, wellbeing, discovering communication and leadership
style, to leadership development and building and developing teams.
